About Us
ChangeQuest was founded in 2005 by Ranjit Sidhu, following 12 years’
project management experience and a further 8 years delivering training
and consultancy to organisations seeking to develop organisational
effectiveness through improved project and change management capability.
During this time, Ranjit observed that no matter how clever the
processes and technology being applied to business and to projects
were, these alone weren’t enough to achieve success. Effective
interaction between people was critical to all change projects,
through successful communications and interpersonal skills.
ChangeQuest offers a powerful combination of traditional project
management skills, blended with a deep understanding of the role
of communications and change management best practice. Through our
training and coaching programmes, organisations and individuals
can work towards better change delivery, on a more consistent basis.
Our clients span large blue chip corporations and SMEs, across areas
such as IT, telecoms, financial services, manufacturing and the
public sector. As well as seeing a broad perspective and what's
on the surface, we are skilled in quickly getting into the depths
and confronting the deeper issues as part of the overall solution,
to create changes that really endure. Clients say that in addition
to our professionalism and integrity "they feel taken care of, confident
that we can unravel and handle whatever comes up".
Ranjit is an experienced trainer and project
management consultant with over 20 years’ business experience,
gained on global projects spanning Europe, North America and Africa.
Specific projects include those related to technology, regulatory
change or re-organisation. Her credentials include being an Assessor
for the Association for Project Management, a Change Management
and PRINCE2® accredited trainer. She is also a qualified coach
and a certified trainer of NLP.
PRINCE2® is a Registered Trade
Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom
and other countries.
