About Us

ChangeQuest was founded in 2005 by Ranjit Sidhu, following over 20 years’ project and change management experience. Over this time, Ranjit initially delivered change projects and then moved into training and consultancy for organisations wishing to improve their project and change management capability. She noticed that no matter how rigorous the processes and technology being applied to business and to projects were, these alone were never enough to achieve success. Effective interaction between people was critical to all change projects, through successful communication and interpersonal skills.

By combining NLP, project management, and change management expertise, with the latest insights from business psychology, ChangeQuest creates just the right balance between the process and people aspects of change. Our training and coaching programmes help both organisations and individuals work towards the delivery of more effective change, on a consistent basis.

ChangeQuest clients span large blue chip corporations and SMEs, across areas such as IT, telecoms, financial services, manufacturing and the public sector. Ranjit is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and project management consultant with over 20 years’ experience gained on global projects spanning Europe, North America and Africa. Specific projects include those related to technology, regulatory change or re-organisation. Her credentials include being an accredited trainer for the Change Management Practitioner qualification; a PRINCE2® and Agile Project Management accredited trainer; a coach and certified trainer of NLP; and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner.
