A programme may be just one day, spread over a few months or an annual support programme. Most of the coaching sessions take place face-to-face either on-site or at our offices in Camberley, Surrey. Some sessions can be conducted on the telephone; this flexibility helps accommodate busy schedules and travel commitments.
