Communicating and Influencing with NLP

This course is specifically for project, programme and change management professionals wishing to benefit from NLP techniques. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of how people organise their thinking, language and behaviour to create results. It will help you communicate more effectively and build influential relationships right across the organisation.

You will also learn to quickly understand, predict and influence others’ behaviour. Whether you want buy-in and greater commitment from others, or to convince a customer that you can provide what they want, this course will give you the confidence and skills you need in adopting just the right approach to get the positive impact you desire. The course will cover how to identify and work with different motivational traits, to leverage the power of words and language, assess multiple perspectives and shift comfortably across different contexts and levels within the organisation.

The focus is on the use of these techniques in a project environment; for example how to define project outcomes and scope, and dealing with conflict to enable faster decision making and greater buy-in from stakeholders and the project team.
