Team facilitation for stuck teams

This is run specifically for teams who are unable to perform as a cohesive and productive unit. They may be teams from separate areas who unwittingly find themselves thrown together. Or they may be groups who have been established for a while but due to underlying, unspoken tensions simply cannot move beyond these, so are not performing at the level that they could be or is required of them.

These sessions are facilitated by highly trained specialists, and authorised facilitators of the Team Diagnostic assessment which offers a model of team effectiveness based on the teams own assessment of their performance and relationships within the team. The facilitators will help surface and overcome the underlying issues, resulting in greater productivity and a high performing sustainable team.
