Our purpose
ChangeQuest's training and consultancy services help change and project professionals manage organisations and teams through times of transition. We will help you develop both robust processes, and the people skills needed to use them well. By creating a culture where your organisation has the agility to adapt to a fast-moving environment, you can strengthen your business, maintain your competitive position and be on target for success.
Our approach
We combine project management, change management and NLP expertise, offering training and consultancy that benefit from the latest best practices and insights from business psychology. Our experiential learning techniques will help you develop the skills and agility to deliver and respond to change effectively, on a consistent basis.
As well as seeing what's on the surface, we help you dig into the depths, to confront and resolve the deeper issues. We'll work closely with you, every step of the way, building on what you already have in place, to move you and your organisation forward on your development journey.
ChangeQuest is accredited to deliver training courses for the APMG-International's Change Management, Agile Project Management, and Facilitation certifications and the Cabinet Office's PRINCE2® methodology.
How we started
Ranjit Sidhu set up ChangeQuest in 2005 to help individuals and organisations achieve the right balance between project management processes and the people skills needed to manage change in an agile and adaptive way.
Learning from her own experience, Ranjit realised that working with teams across different industries and cultures needs a strong focus on communication and behavioural skills, and this influenced her own professional development and inspired the direction of ChangeQuest.

Ranjit Sidhu

Ranjit is a skilful trainer, facilitator, and change management consultant with over 20 years' experience on a variety of projects spanning Europe, North America and Africa.
Her credentials include being an accredited trainer for APMG-International's Change Management, AgilePM, and Facilitation qualifications, and the Cabinet Office's PRINCE2 certification. Ranjit is also a coach and certified trainer of NLP, and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner.
Her recently published book, 'Titanic Lessons in Project Leadership', is the accompanying text for ChangeQuest's Project Leadership course.
