How we started
Ranjit Sidhu set up ChangeQuest in 2005 to help individuals and organisations achieve the right balance between project management processes and the people skills needed to manage change in an agile and adaptive way.
Learning from her own experience, Ranjit realised that working with teams across different industries and cultures needs a strong focus on communication and behavioural skills, and this influenced her own professional development and inspired the direction of ChangeQuest.

Ranjit is a skilful trainer, facilitator, and change management consultant with over 20 years' experience on a variety of projects spanning Europe, North America and Africa.
Her credentials include being an accredited trainer for APMG-International's Change Management, AgilePM, and Facilitation qualifications, and the Cabinet Office's PRINCE2 certification. Ranjit is also a coach and certified trainer of NLP, and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner.
