The Head of Delivery’s Perspective

Dan Perrin, Head of Delivery at IMGROUP explains “We had developed our own project delivery methodology but as the scope and size of our client engagements grew, we recognised we needed to be more structured in our approach.”

To address this, ChangeQuest delivered a series of accredited PRINCE2®, courses. To minimise the impact on clients, training was sometimes delivered out of working hours. “The PRINCE2 training helped us formalise our approach to projects, and implement the processes in a consistent way,” comments Dan.

Over the coming years, in line with industry trends, IMGROUP began to see an increasing demand for Agile delivery skills. “We needed to upskill the team on Agile delivery methods, but at the same time we didn’t want to lose the value of our existing framework,” he continues. “ChangeQuest developed a tailored Agile delivery programme for us and helped us incorporate Agile principles within our existing framework. This enabled us to respond to our clients’ needs better.
