Ranjit founded the professional development company ChangeQuest to help organisations and individuals to transform in fast changing times, and adopt new processes and emerging technologies effectively.
Skilled in the theory and practice of project management, organisational change management, and with a background in IT, she speaks with authority on the process and the behavioural side of managing business transformation. Her interest in neuroscience ensures that her knowledge is applied against the context of the latest thinking in business psychology.
She was one of four expert editors of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, and authored the chapter on ‘Communication and engagement’. Ranjit was also a part of the team that developed the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.
Ranjit wrote the handbook Titanic Lessons in Project Leadership to highlight guidelines for effective communication and team building, and was a contributing author for the Gower Handbook of People in Project Management.
Steve started his career as a computer programmer before progressing to pre-sales consultancy and client training on a global basis. He developed a strong interest in formal methods and project management, which led to programme and portfolio management roles and his involvement in increasingly complex projects. Steve worked with both on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver change on behalf of clients, with a focus on gaining commitment and driving implementation. He has several years’ experience as a trainer, delivering a wide range of accredited courses.
Nicola is an experienced business change consultant specialising in cultural and behavioural change. She has worked with the Houses of Parliament, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and Penguin Random House.
She holds an MBA from the University of Westminster, and is one of the authors of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook. Nicola’s training experience ranges from delivering bespoke and accredited change management courses to lecturing in change management and strategy to university students.
Nicola is a classical musician and plays the viola with friends for fun, performing in charity concerts around North London.
Loretta has been working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors for more than twenty years, designing bespoke capability improvement programmes that deliver measurable results. This experience and her strong background in project and change management training and consultancy, enables her to understand and evaluate businesses and identify potential barriers to organisational success.

From his roots as a successful IT developer and project manager, Joe moved into project and programme management training and consultancy within the public and private sectors. He has real world experience, including building and implementing a coherent project and programme management capability as part of a portfolio centre of excellence within a large-scale and complex global organisation.
Joe is an accredited trainer for a range of courses, and specialises in delivering AgilePM training. His confident, articulate, and empathetic training style receives consistently excellent feedback from delegates, and is reinforced by his proven track record in project delivery.
David is an experienced project manager and trainer for a wide range of project management qualifications.
He lives in London and divides his time between there and New Zealand. He has extensive experience and has delivered training in over 20 countries across the world.
David holds a BSc in Management, an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design, and an MBA, and also lectures at the University of the Arts in London in the management of design and branding and branding projects.
With a background in Human Resources, and a qualification in cognitive psychology, Franciele specialises in delivering professional development training that covers both organisational processes and people skills. She designs and delivers courses for change management, leadership, internal processes, conflict management and other critical areas. Franciele runs ChangeQuest Brasil and is accredited both as a trainer and a competency assessor.
Natasha offers a rich combination of creative skills (she has a first class degree in graphic design) and business know-how. She spent several years managing key accounts with large organisations in the public and private sectors – translating client’s business needs to the development teams and ensuring results were achieved on time and to budget. Her understanding of business process and her excellent communication skills are perfect for supporting ChangeQuest clients.
Kelly is an important hub of our growing business – communicating with clients and delegates, keeping our administration in order, and arranging all our training events. She has a strong background in customer services and training, and is well placed to answer your queries. Her enthusiasm for work and learning is well balanced by her enthusiasm for fun and new skills. She bakes fabulous cakes, and sings in a rock choir too!
Roger moved into general management from a background as an IT professional and systems engineer. As Operations Director for ChangeQuest, he focuses on every detail of client care, and manages the company with a combination of business acumen and humour. He holds a BSc in Computer Science & IT, which is nicely balanced by an MA in Writing for Screen & Stage – which gave Roger a chance to use his strong understanding of human behaviour, and further develop his communications skills.
Ray has delivered many leadership and management development programmes and can be relied on for a pragmatic ‘outcomes-driven’ approach to the challenges of delivering change. His wide-ranging experience has demonstrated that the people side of change is critical to successful outcomes. He is an accredited trainer, is one of the authors of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, and is skilled in working with organisations to implement change using techniques from coaching, change management, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Jan has many years’ experience as a trainer and mentor and in the practical application of project management – experience that allows her to illustrate her training with valuable scenarios taken from ‘real life’. She is an excellent communicator with strong people skills that motivate others to perform.
She is an accredited trainer for the Managing Benefits, Change Management, AgilePM and PRINCE2® qualifications.
In her spare time she is involved with the Collie Association, promoting the breeding and exhibition of pedigree Rough Collies.
Adrian is a highly accomplished trainer specialising in delivering PRINCE2 training courses. He is a Chartered Engineer, with an MSc in Design of Information Systems and served over 20 years in the Royal Air Force, leaving as a Wing Commander.
Adrian is a very effective and engaging trainer and consultant, able to provide the right level of support and guidance for project initiations, health checks, setting-up governance arrangements, process mapping and coaching project managers in both the public and private sector. He has a private pilot’s license and enjoys mountaineering and travel.
