MoP training provides the vital link that pulls together and co-ordinates strategic planning, investment appraisal and project and programme management. This globally recognised Foundation and Practitioner certification, provides valuable guidance on implementing a consistent and transparent approach for effective decision making about which projects to run and which to stop, to ensure effective resource utilisation, a balanced organisational risk profile and the most efficient route for achieving strategic objectives.

Your MoP course structure

Foundation – 3 days
Foundation and Practitioner – 5 days

You can run this programme in the most convenient way for you, either over consecutive days or split into separate modules

How to gain the MoP certification

All course materials and examination fees are included.

MoP Foundation level exam

Multiple-choice format and closed book
40 minutes duration, with 50 questions
Pass mark 50%
Takes place on afternoon of third day

You need to have achieved the Foundation level certification to
go on to the Practitioner level.

MoP Practitioner level exam

Multiple-choice format and open book
3 hours duration, with 80 questions
Pass mark 50%
Takes place on morning of fifth day
