Ranjit Sidhu founded the professional development company ChangeQuest to help organisations and individuals to transform in fast changing times, and adopt new processes and emerging technologies effectively.
Skilled in the theory and practice of project management, organisational change management, and with a background in IT, she speaks with authority on the process and the behavioural side of managing business transformation. Her interest in neuroscience ensures that her knowledge is applied against the context of the latest thinking in business psychology.
Ranjit is a recognised authority on change management and behavioural skills. She is one of four experts that compiled the Change Management Institute’s first Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), and she authored the ‘Communication and Engagement’ chapter for The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, published by Kogan Page.
Ranjit wrote the handbook Titanic Lessons in Project Leadership to highlight guidelines for effective communication and team building, and was a contributing author for the Gower Handbook of People in Project Management.
Ranjit is an accredited trainer for APMG International’s Change Management, AgilePM® and Facilitation qualifications, and the AXELOS PRINCE2 Agile® and AgileSHIFT® certification. She is a certified SCRUM Master, a coach and certified trainer of NLP, and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner. Her practical experience spans Europe, North America and Africa.
